Windhoek to Windhoek Itinerary
An expert-guided, 11-day conservation and wildlife journey through roaring waterfalls, monumental granite hills, and wild elephant corridors.
Day 1: Arrival in Windhoek
Arrive at Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek. You will be met upon arrival and transferred to your accommodation.
Day 2: Drive to the Namib Desert
After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive heading south-west into the vast desert landscapes of Namibia.
Arrive and check in at (or similar).
Spend the afternoon taking in the sweeping views and vast open spaces of the desert.
Day 3: Sossusvlei Dunes & Sesriem Canyon
Early morning excursion into the dunes of Sossusvlei and Deadvlei to experience the shifting colors of the desert at sunrise.

Day 4: Drive to Swakopmund
Drive west across the desert landscape towards the Atlantic coastline. Arrive in , a coastal town renowned for its German colonial architecture and seaside charm. Check into (or similar) for your stay by the coast.
Day 5: Swakopmund at Leisure
Enjoy a full day of leisure in Swakopmund. Take part in optional adventure activities such as quad biking, sandboarding, living desert tours, or a catamaran cruise in Walvis Bay.
Day 6: Damaraland & Spitzkoppe
Travel north-east into the rugged terrain of Damaraland.
Arrive at (or similar), situated among ancient granite peaks and dramatic rock formations.
Explore the area’s iconic rock arches and take in a stunning Damaraland sunset.
Day 7: Himba Cultural Excursion & Etosha
Early morning departure to visit a local Himba village for an authentic cultural excursion learning about their traditional way of life. Continue the journey toward .Check into (or similar) near the park gate.
Days 8 & 9: Full-Day Game Drives in Etosha National Park
Spend two full days exploring . Embark on game drives around the famous salt pan to track lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, giraffes, and large herds of plains game around active waterholes. Evenings spent relaxing back at your lodge base.
Day 10: Return to Windhoek & Farewell Dinner
